Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains returns, refunds, and how pre-orders are handled.

Standard returns

In-stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Pre-orders (including the Deck of Many Colors)

Pre-orders are charged at the time of order so we can reserve your copy from the production run. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard 30-day return terms above apply.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.
