Shipping policy
This policy covers how and when your order ships, both within the United States and internationally.
Processing & fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse. In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives from production. The Deck of Many Colors is currently estimated to ship in Q3 2026. Estimated dates are our best projection and may shift; we'll keep you updated by email and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Domestic shipping (US)
Live carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are sent DDU / DAP (Delivery Duties Unpaid / Delivered At Place). This means the order total covers the product and shipping only — any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority before delivery. These charges are not set by us and are not included in your order. NINJON is not responsible for customs delays.
Correct address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help track it down.
